The guestrooms at Kraisaeng Place are comfortable and ensure a good night's sleep. The rooms are equipped with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, sofa, and cozy seating areas, making it feel like a home away from home. As a guest, I felt relaxed and pampered during my stay.
Personally, I found the tile/marble flooring in the rooms to be a bit cold. However, this is purely a subjective opinion, and some guests might actually enjoy the coolness it brings during hot weather.

The guestrooms at Kraisaeng Place are comfortable and ensure a good night's sleep. I loved the cozy seating area and the satellite TV in the double room. The rooms are well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, free WiFi, and free bottled water. The tile/marble floor adds a touch of luxury to the apartment. The bathrooms are clean, and the showers have complimentary toiletries. The private bathroom in all rooms provides convenience and privacy.
Personally, I found the flat-screen TV in the apartment to be a little small. But, others may still enjoy it.

my recent stay at Phitsanulok was great, but staying at Kraisaeng Place exceeded all expectations. The large room with wooden furniture and large windows was clean and comfortable. The friendly and helpful staff made me feel welcome, and the separate entrance provided convenience and privacy. Best of all, it was incredibly affordable!
Uncomfortable bed.

The hotel's decoration is charming and cozy, with beautiful Thai artwork and traditional elements that make it feel like a true cultural experience. The general areas are well-maintained and accessible for senior people, with ramps and handrails in place to ensure safety and ease of movement.
It would have been even better if the children working there could have been more attentive to the needs of senior guests, providing assistance whenever necessary.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, such as a fridge, AC, and TV. The bed was really comfortable, and the shower had hot water. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even helped me get my laundry done at a very cheap price. The location was convenient, as it was close to the Thai market and some amazing local restaurants. Plus, the famous temple and Buddha image were just a short 10-minute walk away. it was great value for money and a chance to experience the real Thailand.
Nothing to complain about, everything was excellent.
